1. Usage
Rubber powder fine grinder is widely used to mill 1~4mm pure rubber granules into rubber powder 30~100 mesh in ambient process. We provide whole recycling line from waste tires or all kinds of waste rubber into super fine rubber powder.
2. Structure and Principle
● Mesin menggunakan tungsten karbida sebagai permukaan penggilingan cakera penggilingan, pangkalan cakera penggilingan dibuat dari bahan yang diperlakukan khas, tahan - bukti, tahan pakai, tahan lama dan kemuluran yang baik;

● & nbsp; Sistem pemberian makanan menggunakan monitor merah - yang dikendalikan oleh PLC untuk memaksimumkan output. Jarak antara cakera tetap dan putar juga dikendalikan oleh motor PLC, yang telah meningkatkan kualiti dan kehalusan serbuk getah;
● & nbsp;Internal circulating water cooling system can ensure ideal temperature for the milling discs during production, the rubber powder will not get burned or sticky.
